Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide photos of the item in its current condition.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is placed in its original packaging or equivalent protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Schedule Transportation

  Once approved, our specialized white-glove logistics partner will contact you to coordinate a convenient time for the inspection and removal of the item from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our artisans verify the item's condition at our facility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
